Employee Resource Groups

Employee resource groups (ERGs) are designed to connect colleagues across all of Team Warby, no matter where they work or what they work on. Our ERGs provide programming to give team members the opportunity to connect around common identities, interests, issues, affiliations, or backgrounds, regardless of titles, years of experience, or area of business.
