Excellent quality for the price! They are very stylish and also feel timeless. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out you can use VSP vision insurance. The brown lenses in the sunglasses look really nice with the tortoiseshell frames. Just a note that you can still see your eyes through the lenses, they are about 60% opaque.

Love my sunglasses
Patricia
I think I can say that I received the best customer service ever at the Park Meadows store. I love my very classic looking sunglasses with gradient lenses. I may stop by soon to have them slightly adjusted but in the meantime I can both drive and see my dashboard computer simultaneously. I have been getting my glasses from Warby Parker since before there was a store in Park Meadows and I will continue to do so.

I never received my glasses
Emmie
My husband and I both went to Warby Parker a few weeks ago to get glasses and sunglasses. The doctor who did our exams was excellent. We both felt comfortable during the exam and had a very positive experience with him.
Unfortunately, the problems began once we went out to the retail area to order our glasses.
I ordered my glasses first. The employee helping us used my insurance and said he couldn’t place two orders in the same transaction, so he placed my sunglasses order separately afterward. He didn’t seem very well trained, but I assumed he might just be new to the system.
When I got home, I checked my email and only saw confirmation for the sunglasses order—nothing about the glasses. I assumed the confirmation might come later, but it never did. My sunglasses arrived in the mail, but the glasses were never ordered.
When I called customer service, I was connected to an overseas call center that couldn’t resolve the issue. Since my insurance was still valid, I ended up ordering my glasses through LensCrafters instead.
My husband’s experience was also disappointing. When his glasses arrived, he couldn’t see properly with them. He called customer service and again reached the overseas call center. Eventually he was referred back to the Tucson store where we originally purchased them. The store told him the doctor wouldn’t be back for three weeks and that there was nothing they could do.
What was most frustrating is that they didn’t even offer to check whether the prescription in the glasses matched the prescription on file.
Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. While the doctor was great, the ordering process, customer service, and follow-up were very disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Warby Parker based on our experience.

Quick and Easy
Annwalk
Quick and easy. Great looking sunglasses for a fair price. I was replacing a pair that I had lost but with a new prescription. They were able to look up my previous frame and re order with the new prescription.
False advertisement

I’ve always been happy with my WP purchase until this last purchase. I specifically said the I wanted the same progressive sunglasses as I had before. When the salesperson showed me the price of 545.00, it was 150.00 more than my last pair less than 4 years ago. I questioned the price and she said she assumed I wanted a wider bifocal area which was a 70.00 up charge. I had her take it off and my bill was 475.00. When I got home I saw that I was charged 50.00 for a polarized lens and that was included in the price of my last pair. I called WP and had that removed so my new glasses aren’t polarized. When I got my new pair, the brochure with the glasses clearly states that ALL of their sunglasses come polarized. I went to WP and asked why mine weren’t polarized when that was supposed to included with their glasses. I was told they decided to charge 50.00 for polarized lenses but didn’t change the info on their brochures. To me this is false advertisement and makes me leery of future purchases fromWP.
