    Lost a customer

    Not sure what has happened with this company but my experience was not great. After an exchange and then never receiving my frames and then the frames did not feel right, they did not refund my account. I had to call customer service again two days later for them to process.

    It took almost a month to receive. Delayed 2 times with no one thinking to good business to reach out to the customer and say this has not gone to plan there is a delay. Poor very poor customer service.

    I love how lightweight these feel. I was bummed to have to get glasses but people think these are just for style, not because I'm blind. I wish they were less expensive because getting one pair of glasses and sunglasses was a lot!
