University Village

I went to University Village location to try sunglasses while visiting from Toronto. The customer service was excellent! They are friendly and helpful. As I was trying on different sunglasses, I noticed different CSRs assist me with their input. The gentleman who adjust the sunglasses (I can’t recall his name but he has 20 some yrs experience as an Optician) who finalized the transaction was exceptionally adept as he knew when the glasses weren’t sitting right. He was also a delight to speak to. He personalized our interaction. We had a good chat! I purchased the WP’s Sonia sunglasses as the quality is superlative - durable and sturdy. See attached picture before they were adjusted for my face. I bought them in the black frame!

Every time I go here the staff are readily available and super helpful. This is an easy place to pop in and out for frames but they also do eye exams and contact lenses.

The staff here are so nice. Immediately welcomed me and were ready to help when I needed assistance.

I came in prepared with a few screenshots of frames I wanted to try on, along with my prescription and insurance card. The associate greeted me warmly and retrieved all that I was interested in. Didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed. Also, store ambiance and lighting was easy on the eyes as many other vision/glasses stores have harsh white lighting and are dusty…Warby Parker was clean and warm with clear price and name tags for each frame! Such a pleasant & quick experience that my mom will be getting her new frames at Warby in OK! (We were on FT and was so surprised of the quick interaction!) Would recommend for In-Network especially!! +easy parking:)

This store can get very busy but if you go on a week day when its not too hectic, its great. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable too.

Great service and eye ware cost. I had a few issues like not having my prescription and they had a way of dealing with it. When my health insurance would not go through they worked with me to understand and follow through on it. Not a lot of colors in glasses but okay because of cost.

Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I was assisted as soon as I entered the store. Before I left I was assessed, we accessed my prescription from my optometrist and I had a new pair of glasses purchased and ordered. So fast, so easy. So many great frames to choose from. So many styles and brand names. Fantastic experience start to finish.

The staff here are rude and vile. I’m not sure why they would be working at a glasses store if they are not understanding and empathetic for people who are visually impaired. They made me feel bad about my entire experience and the fact that I want my glasses to be thin, I did not ask them to be extremely or unreasonably thin, I just needed them to be thin enough so it doesn’t look bulky, but the male staff straight up was being mean to me. By far the very worst customer experience you could ever get at a glasses store, they need to train their staff on how to work with visually impaired customers and be sensitive on how they come off.
