Just ordered my 4th pair of glasses from the Capital Hill store. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Derick was kind and efficient! Great prices as always!

The people are wonderful. They are helpful and honest. Unfortunately the lenses are absolute garbage. I have put the Warby Parker ones back as a spare and wear the ones I got from America's Best. They are better quality and I can see better out of them. Very disappointed. They got an extra star for the humans that work there, otherwise cheap cheap cheap.

Reniel and Juan were an amazing help, helped me quickly select the glasses I wanted and did a deep clean and service to my regular glasses. Will definitely be back!

My experience at Warby Parker Capitol Hill was wonderful. I came with my boyfriend and my dog and was greeted right away and directed on where to browse. Purchasing prescription glasses here are much more affordable than we thought and we’re very satisfied of the selection as well! The blonde lady (sorry i didnt get your name) who helped us was so patient, knowledgeable and made sure the frames i picked will fit me perfectly and I really appreciate that.

My cousin and I made the hour trip to come to this location and was not disappointed. We were greeted by Adam who was friendly and amazing our whole time there. I loved his honest opinions on helping choose frames and actually learned a few things about the company and things they offer. We spent about 2 hrs in store taking our time trying all different glasses and he did such a good job with helping us as well as other customers because they did get a bit of a rush while we were there. The store is clean and I love the selection of frames they have here. The only thing I wish is that they had eye exams available at this location. Other than that I’d definitely come back and if you decide to come here make sure to ask For Adam to help you!

Usually have nothing but good things to say about this location, but I had a poor experience with an associate last night. Walked in at 6 pm and asked for my glasses to be adjusted. Suggested that the issue was with my right temple being too loose, but associate remarked that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I shouldn't suggest what the problem was to him. Walked out with glasses feeling too tight and don't want to return to this location again. I understand some workers have bad days, but I didn't appreciate his condescending attitude at all, especially on a Friday night. One star for service that night, but generally a fantastic company I would still buy from in future.

I didn't realize how great this shop was until I visited. It was a great experience! All frames are in-house, not third party like most eyewear shops. This means you get great value and quality. I bought Rx sunglasses today from this store and remembered that I wasn't asked to upgrade to UV resistant/scratch proof lenses. When I checked my receipt, it was already included! Apparently, the bigger names in eyewear will charge you extra for these features whereas Warby Parker include it already. Thanks for the help today, Derryk! We'll be back in a few days to get another two pairs of reading glasses 🤓

What a great experience from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of in style frames to chose from. Much greater experience than any other eye glass retail stores I have been to. Frames are not name brand, but they are high quality, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a visit next time you are looking to by eyeglasses.
