I felt my rep was prejudiced against me. She kept reminding me of the price of my glasses. She was loud and not discrete. Did not check my history. Made me forget to ask for anti glare on my glasses. The last time I filled my prescription I had a better experience.

Thanks to their team, I've maintained having the same pair of very well loved Henry frames for years. Everyone at this location is attentive, works fast and is super nice! I'll continue to send more business their way. :)
-I also swear by these glasses (I like to think they're stylistically a cross between Daria and Michelle Pfeiffer as Selena Kyle (In the beginning of 'Batman Returns', before the Cat Woman kicks in.).

My partner and I stepped in to ask about lens replacements, and the store associate Sahira was so knowledgeable and friendly in addressing all of our concerns. She cleaned our lens for us, replaced the nose pads for free, and recommended some frames that complimented our faces. 5/5 experience with her!

Extremely rude. The man working swatted me away with his hands and told me to go outside. I was on the phone (not being loud) with my previous Cohens optical provider retrieving a prescription. Will not be returning.

Truly had a wonderful experience despite presenting a short but complex history of eye-care missteps to Jules and Nasaiba today. Their attention to detail was thorough and service unrushed despite it being a busy Sunday. I received knowledgable, attuned, and truly personalized assistance as they partnered seamlessly to correct not one but two previous prescriptions/orders which didn't suit my needs. After months of uncertainty regarding these differing prescriptions vs. the process of adjusting to wearing glasses for the first time, today I received a tailored range of options, information on continuing support should it be needed, and most of all, guidance which set me on a surer path to improving my vision. Special shout out to Roe/Row (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). My sister and I went in there looking for new glasses and came out with 2+ each. We were very indecisive and she was patient with us because we changed our glasses a few times. A friend recommended Warby Parker as I was looking for a new pair of glasses. I went to the store and had a wonderful experience! The location at 55 Bergen Street in Brooklyn, NY was clean, filled with a variety of frames to choose from and the service was excellent! I was assisted by a well informed, professional and friendly staff member. In addition to that, the price was so good, I purchased two pair of frames which was less expensive than the one pair of glasses I was wearing at the time! If you haven’t tried Warby Parker, I highly recommend you do!!!
