Have been coming to this store for 4 or 5 years since switching from the standard optician. I had been paying about $1800 a pair for glasses at my local optician - who i had been using for 15 years. After great service and check ups across the years, something changed and i was forced to go to an ophthalmologist to get a proper exam. That also allowed me to explore other options on glasses. Warby intrigued me and i figured that the worse that could happen is that i would buy a pair of glasses for $500 and if they weren’t great, would go to a different optician. Wellllll - i was pleasantly surprised. The selection is great, the quality is high but most of all, the service at this shop is just fantastic. I have had 8 or 9 pairs of glasses made and had a problem with just one pair - and it was minor. About the service: Steven has been my go to at this shop since my second visit. The one minor problem i had: I dropped a pair of glasses and the frame scratched , the color was off along this small scratch. I brought them in to the store and Steven quickly saw the problem and had a new pair made and sent to me. One very satisfied and loyal customer. In case you are wondering why i spend $500 a pair - I need distance, computer and reading glasses all in one - in addition, i get auto tinting as well. Quickly adds up to $495 with the more expensive frame i select. HOWEVER, i was spending $1800+ for designer frames with the same lenses. I am very happy with my change to Warby and this store. Best experience for eyewear shopping! Went in to purchase new glasses and prescription sunglasses. Steven offered great options and really took the time to make sure I had the right size/style etc. He has an accurate eye for what is best for the customer and is extremely patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. Can’t wait to receive new eyeglasses. 🤓

All the staff at this store are welcoming, helpful, caring and fun. I worked with Steven primarily. He has a good eye about what looks good on a face. Frames are varied, pricing decent and store is very clean.

The staff at Warby Parker in Greenwich is so kind and accommodating. I walked in with my son and his warped glasses after being hit in the face at school with a basketball. The original glasses weren’t purchased through them (it was out of town), but all they cared about was being helpful in the moment. Christa brought us right over to Neil who was able to fix the glasses and put a smile back on my son’s face. I will be a returning customer from now on. Thank you!!!!
