Excellent customer services. I had a peace of mine when I chatted with Migdolia and Dr. Allen at the Brooklyn Flatbush Ave center. I didn't plan to buy a new frame but thanks to her patience and understanding, I even ended buying a new frame on April 7, 2024.

Friendly staff, and easy check out. It can get crowded but there is always a staff member available to assist. I'm not big on designer frames because sunglasses/eye glasses can break but Warby Parker has an insane variety of frames to choice from. Not sure why someone would shop anywhere else unless you're using insurance or want designer.

This has to be the absolute BEST Warby Location in all of NYC. I came in on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by CJ. CJ was patient, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. The store is extremely busy but all associates are welcoming and friendly. I was able to return a pair of glasses that another location (Huntington station) said I could not and found a pair I really loved. Stop by and tell CJ I said hi!

The service at Warby Parker is impeccable. I went in to order 1 pair of glasses for me and 1 pair for my mother, to adjust the frames on my current pair and to pick up free solar eclipse glasses. I was out in less than 20 minutes. Impeccable!

My experience started wonderfully by being let in the store and out of the cold before opening time. Other than the earthquake, which they couldn't help, everything went well. Dr. Pattel explained as she went along and I was comfortable. The tinted film I received when leaving was much appreciated as my pupils were still dilated and outside was very bright. The price for everything was very good as well.

Surprised at how easy the process was. My current glasses shine and glare when I'm on zoom; so I took that script from several months ago and came here. I had a great experience with DOROTHY who handpicked 2 frames that both were fabulous - the one I chose I am simply in love with. She also helped me with sunglasses (first time getting prescription sunglasses WOOT). Soooo easy. I am so excited to get my new glasses in the mail. My only wish is that they took VSP or Cigna insurance.
