My experience at this store was nothing less than perfect, actually. I was fortunate to arrive when it was relatively quiet, but I have no doubt the associates' attention to the customers would have been no different. I came in knowing what frame style I wanted to try on and potentially order, and even though it was slow in the store I feel that the associates allowed me time to look around without approaching and being too assertive. I approached an associate after selecting the frame and he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He reviewed the frame on me and suggested another similar frame that would fit me better, and it did! I loved the color and shape and ordered my new glasses w/ lenses and will return to the store for fitting and "training", since I'm new to progressives :/. All-in, it was without doubt the most pleasant and smooth experience I've had in an eyewear store, even other WPs. If you're in the Seaport District and looking for eyewear, stop in to Warby at 72 Seaport Blvd because they will respect, listen, and help you in any way they can. p.s. I never write reviews, but they absolutely deserve the commendation.

One of the best Warby Parker branches in New England area. All the frames I have chosen online are readily available. Too many choices from thousands of beautiful frames. Jane, the licensed optician of the shop did a wonderful job in processing my prescription glasses with my needs and requirements. Last minute measurements and payments are fast. Highly recommended!!!

Great service from Jason. Went in on the weekend to have my glasses tightened. Even though it was a busy weekend, he got to it quickly and even adjusted my friend’s pair of glasses and she hadn’t bought hers from WP.
