Bellevue Square

This place was okay. Very crowded, tons of people. It’s a big store though. The prices are low but I think the quality is too. Overall we decided not to get anything here due to the seemingly poor quality of the glasses.

First time trying this place out after hearing about it from a friend while talking about getting a new eye exam prescription filled. I was helped in no time at all, and treated with patience and respect, and then told what the next steps were once placing an order. Glasses also arrived in a week's time. Very pleased with the overall experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called to cancel my appointment because I had covid the day of, and they still charged me a no-show fee after I had called and confirmed with a customer service rep that there would be no fee. Disappointed to say the least.

Regular customer online. Nice to visit in-person store and get great efficient service from the knowledgeable staff who answered questions & got me on my way fairly quickly. Warby Parker Bellevue is great.

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone at this office. I could only get customer service from some unknown location. No one was able to actually directly connect to the office.

I would suggest anybody go to warby Parker. I have been to two or three other places to get glasses and I was never satisfied with what they did. They weren't as informative and personal as warby. Parker was with me. Kat was who helped me and she was really good as soon as I told her purple was my favorite color. She brought me over to these beautiful light purple colored frames that just came in that morning. I got lucky or they would have been gone and she was very very informative on all the parts of the glasses and you know just I was really impressed

I went to have my glasses fitted and the employee had an attitude almost immediately. She kept giving them back to me crooked, which wasn’t a big deal but she was visibly annoyed about having to fix them and kept saying they weren’t crooked. I left the store and the person I was with told me that my glasses were crooked so we went back in and her attitude got worse. Maybe she’s lopsided and didn’t believe they were crooked, but they’re my glasses and I have to wear them every day so if I want them fixed, just fix them. Both interactions maybe totaled to 5-6 minutes and I was nice the entire time so her treatment was unwarranted.

Kat is a pro! She cares and it shows!

I'm glad I ordered glasses here. It was a pleasant process. I can't wait to get them in the mail soon.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. They had answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask. I felt very comfortable during my exam and picking out frames.

Tandyn and his coworker were so nice. Even though the store has ~ 6 different groups, they were able to help everyone. We quickly found glasses for my daughter.

What an awesome experience I had today at the Bellevue Warby Parker. My friend and I went in and both bought glasses and had a blast Kat is great she is so knowledgeable and fun! I would go back over and over again.

Kat and Vishna are the best! I would follow them to any eyewear center.

Awful experience, the sales associates on the floor refused to assist me and verbally kept passing me off to each other and arguing in the middle of the store… the whole environment was stuck up and condescending

Staff is warm and welcoming. I explained I preferred to call for assistance when I needed it, so they let me browse freely throughout the store and try on lots of frames. When I finally chose the frames I wanted they took care of everything quickly. It was efficient and stress free.
